When Things Go Wrong
At Glefon, we take pride in creating durable lighting solutions. In the rare event of an issue, here's what you need to know:

Major Issues: You're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults.
Minor Issues: For minor problems fixable within a reasonable time, we'll decide whether to repair, replace, or refund.
Unfixable Major Issues: If a major fault can't be fixed promptly, you can choose a refund, repair, or replacement.

Remember, don't involve third parties in fixing or diagnosing your item unless Glefon instructs otherwise.

Warranty Terms And Conditions
Our warranty specifically covers manufacturing or design defects.

The warranty will not be applicable if:
*The item has been misused, altered, neglected, subjected to negligence, damaged, or involved in an accident.
*Installation deviates from provided instructions or the recommendations of the vehicle or equipment manufacturer.
*Use with power supplies beyond the specified voltage range or incompatible types.
*Unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification is detected.

Please note:
*Warranty applies solely to the product; any expenses related to initial fitting, removal/replacement, or diagnostics are not included.
*Glefon requires evidence of the faulty product (e.g., video, photo) before processing a warranty replacement.
*The warranty period begins strictly from the original purchase date. Replacement items under warranty inherit the remaining duration of the original warranty.
*Accessories are covered by a 180-day warranty against manufacturer defects, applicable only to unmodified harnesses. Regular maintenance is the customer's responsibility, as any corrosion may create high-resistance points and should be checked routinely.
*All warranties are non-transferable and exclusively pertain to the original product purchaser.

To initiate a claim, you'll need:
Proof of purchase,
The product in question, and
Evidence of the faulty product.
